Sega CDX Schematics

i have a broken Sega CDX, the laser was repaired but it is not spinning. I have a guy that claims he can fix it but can't find schematics for the console. He needs to know what does what? Can anyone help?

I find that Youtube videos are typically the most helpful when I am repairing consoles. I try the simplest fixes first before I start taking things apart. A lot of time, a simple fix is all it takes.
Unfortunately, Sega was extremely thorough with their documentation recalls, so not a lot of schematics and service manuals exist for Sega systems, let alone the CDx.

P.S. When he says torch, he means a flashlight. Don't actually use a torch ;).
