Just as a Side note, For now, I am trying to stick to pre PSX devices. Those might be a little bit to complicated for my skills.

I've got a broken Sega CD model 1 if ya want. The CD drive won't eject, but it powers on. Simple solution I'm sure, but I don't feel like fiddling with it.

That happened to the one I got off ebay, but it was really easy to fix...just opened it up and moved the door gears. Anywho, I have a broken Game.com system if you want it.

Wow, I have a lot of broken stuff. I have a playstation that turns on but doesn't let the controllers work. I have a green dual shock controller for playstation (bitten wires), I have snes controllers, two or three, that don't work, and two regular playstation controllers that are messed up, a breath of fire 3 game for psx which isn't really broken, but at one point in the game just freezes, and finally, one dreamcast controller that has a wire split in half. Please tell me if your interested, I really have to get rid of them.

Controller, memory card, power, av, and optical ports work fine. It boots up fine, just doesnt read any discs.

I have 2 broken Sega Master Systems. One was crushed by my overexcited dog when the mailman knocked on my door and left the package on the ground :angry: , the other I got and it powers up but the screen is just black and no SEGA :cue two tone noise: comes on the screen. I have opened both of them up. The first has a crack on the edge of the board and my guess is that this could be reconnected somehow. The second I couldnt find anything wrong with it. I also have controllers, guns, and I think power supplies to go with these

I've seen completely busted PS2s get $60.00 on ebay with no cords whatsoever.

You have the controller and hookups and if it is partially broken (plays only ps1 for example) and you expect $100.00 or more.

I rarely buy busteds anyway. I do repairs for local game stores, and they keep me utterly awash in broken systems, controllers, and cables. I prefer to buy in lots.

Parts are handy.

i have 15 dead intellivision carts. got them from ddockery and he said none of them do anything. i'm sure you can sell them to some homebrew developer for like .50 a pop like on atariage...
