I have 2 dead Turbo Grafx Games

Hi, I have 2 dead turbo chips, they simply wont boot up!

Does anyone know why this happens? they both look like new, is there any fix?

turbo duos sounds like a fuse or a 7805 voltage reg.

The games? i mean I have 2 dead games: Bloody Roar and Neutopia they wont boot up both cards look excellent.
