Were these consoles NTSC format? How did they get away with putting "Microsoft" on their game cartridges and no legal action from the other Microsoft?

A lot of stuff was cloned without permission, was a strange time, where nothing could be imported, and the technology had to be national.
And the government closed one eye to all this, claiming that it was progress of national technology.
We call this time : market reserve.

pretty neat clone. I noticed that it featured a pause switch. The site mentions that it was originally going to be a colecovision clone and the controllers show that. Looks like a mess inside though. I would buy one if the price was right.

Itīs possible to adapt a pause button on original Atari 2600...
But the Onyx was the only with the pause button.

I've thought about it but I don't feel right modding classic systems.

I agree, original is original.
