Bill's doing fine on his own ... then Ellie and Joel come busting through his boobytraps, calling on old favors for him to piece together a workable vehicle. Like so many characters we've seen in The Last of Us (http://www.joystiq.com/game/the-last-of-us), Bill isn't what we'd call "all there."
