I just picked up a Super Video Arcade from the swap-meet, but I couldn't find the accompanying TV adapter. Does anyone know what kind it uses?

Alright, I used a NES RF Adapter. Is it supposed to look grainy?

Go with one of the adapters in my previous reply for better shielding.

Would I be able to find one of these at Radioshack?

No Rf adapters for NES and Genesis are NOT for consoles that came before them! Previous RF swithboxes and a slide for TV or Console and these older consoles do not have the capability to properly switch over to the full output. You need the adapter shown above or older slide switch RF box.

So I wouldn't be able to use an RF adapter from radioshack? Would I have to get an older cable?

In which case the adapter shown above above is going to be the much better choice...and yes, you should be able to find them at Radio Shack. Ask for an RCA to "F" connector adapter. Actually, don't ask for it, go to the section that has that stuff and look yourself because they more than likely won't have a clue what you're talking about.
