Recently:
Sealed MS Windows 3.0 and sealed MS DOS 6.0 upgrade on floppies for cheap, might be able to flip, although ebay it seems like for every one that sells there are 10 that don't :/
Double check make sure that it is actually Windows 3.0. There was also Windows 3.00a, if you have that you could be looking at a quite a bit more as it is quite rare, also don't open it, the plastic wrapper around the floppys has probably turned into confetti.
My finds:
Age of Empires III Collectors Edition and Cyborgirl Pinball both new for $10.64
A computer for $10 (360GB, Athlon X2)
Xbox 360 256MB memory card for $5
Xbox 360 Wireless controller for $10

I found a thrift store last month that had about 15 sealed copies of Cyborgirl Pinball as well as about 20 of what ever other pinball that company made. They wanted $20 a piece and wouldn't come down at all for them. I wanted to buy a hand full of them, but was unwilling to pay that amount.

I hit five yard sales today, all in the relative same area. The first one had advertised having a bunch of retro games but his selection was alot smaller than he made it out to be. On the plus side, me and a couple fellow gamers were there before he set up and ended up talking gaming. When he started putting stuff out, none of us fought over anything. It was all so very...peaceful. Anyway, I picked up the three Gameboy games and Illusion of Gaia at this yard sale for $3 each. I actually passed on Mega Man 3(the cart was cracked in two places at the top) and a sealed copy of Bad News Baseball. At the next yard sale I found all the other Snes games and the seller only wanted a $1 for each. I left all the sports games behind. At my third stop I was alittle late to pick up the DS lite they had advertised but I grabbed Halo Wars for two dollars. Amazingly the DLC included hasn't been used so I can use it for my limited edition copy. And at the next yard sale I grabbed the two N64 games.
I didn't get anything at the fifth yard sale but I did pass on an Alien dvd. I wanted it but I have so much stuff to watch right now. Maybe next time. Virtual Cameraman 3 came from online and Bad Company 2 and the LucasArts dvd were both from Goodwill. The LucasArts dvd is a very interesting find. I haven't watched it yet but from the back it features 9 different games and inside the dvd case are product cards(kind of like post cards) for each game. And I'm fortunate enough that this is from the year 2003 and features two of my favorite games from last gen: Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy(the game I played on XBL when I wasn't playing Halo 2 or Burnout 3) and Star Wars: Knights of The Old Republic. I couldn't find this listed on ebay or amazon so I'm guessing it's kind of rare.

The following sums up my biggest purchase this month:
Happy Birthday to me! I bought a PS3!
Thanks to the generosity of my sister, I finally had enough cash to get a 160 GB PS3 slim. I also got a copy of Little Big Planet 2 (regular edition) free with the system, because of a promotion at Best Buy.
I spent several hours yesterday testing the system, and so far it's exceeded my expectations. Really, my only complaints are:
1) The mandatory data installations/updates for many games.
2) There's no option to make the system display in 4:3, instead of widescreen. But the only reason it's annoying, is because I'm using the PS3 on a 20+ year old SD TV! LOL Oh well, at least it's a 27 inch set, so the screen doesn't look that small.
EDIT: Well, after exploring the system options a bit more, I figured out how to se the system to 4:3. Unfortunately, none of my actual games have that option.

Saturday:
The Day of the NES systems..
It’d been a long time since I’ve seen a lot of NES systems at flea markets but I ran into at least 15 NES decks and most had their cords..but they are nuts in price for 35 to 50 each..$30.00 for a loose deck,.NO WAY
The last deal I found was a NES set up with 5 games for $18.00..I passed as I can’t do anything with NES systems.they are a waste for me..
PS2 systems,2 Slim decks with broken lids $20.00 each ..PS2 systems $45.00 to $50.00..PASS
SNES Deck $40.00 PASS
$10.00 loose NES carts PASSS
My goal was to find the same guy I bought the CODE BREAKERS-Gamesharks items off of a few weeks back.he had went to two other flea markets to far for me to travel..he did not do well at them as he said but he did sell all the sealed code breaker items he had..
Saturday I find him and as I wrote before he’s either in a good mood or bad mood..well he was in a bad mood arguing with customers over game prices.
The first thing I see at his table was a WHITE Ps2 with network adapter..how much..$10.00..Ohh heck yea...I have never seen a white PS2 nor know anything about it
I get to his set up and start digging through his crates-bins one by one..tearing into stuff thourouly .he had 100s of PS2-Xbox Games and lots of boxed computer games..all in crates..So I start digging, memory card here, gameshark here, codebreaker there, handing the items to me son sitting on a box to fill..as I start handing my son N64 games,a family walks up and grabs N64 Body Harvest out of my box,The guy says to his sister, look I found BODY HARVEST and starts to go through my pile,my Son is lost for words,he’s 11..I say hey that’s my stuff as I hand my son more stuff to put in the box,the guy drops Body Harvest like I tore his legs off..I was digging each crate deep,on my knees, the guys looking at me to see what I grab, others are watching what I grab as I was digging with speed, one thing after another like I struck gold.people have no freaken clue what to look for so they are staring at what I’m doing,Now I have a family of three, another gamer guy wearing a game shirt and some dude with his Son just watching what I grab..as my son watches me and I don’t look they B line for my box..UGH,no that my stuff..(DAMN YOU SEE ME PUTTING STUFF IN IT RIGHT?)..What’s wrong with people..
I tell me son SIT on the box, cover it from prying hands..as I hand him more stuff some other people walk up,watch me and make a B line for my box..I hear my Son say no that’s my dads..then I move my so off to the front of the guys van and just bring stuff over to him..as I am on my knee3s digging through piles of stuff one kids mom says..YYOU GOTTA GET DOWN AND DIG LIKE HIM(me) HE’S OT DOING IT FOR YOU...That’s right I’m not digging through this stuff for him..WTF..
So now people start digging behind me in a line not know what the heck they are looking for..
I get the the guys gaming CDS,400 CDs in sleeves.I have piles of them looking through them one by one pulling out anything that says AR.Codebreakers,Gameshark or looks unique in game such as FFIX Beta Disc
Everything came out to be about $1.00-2.00 Each..

I'd be interested in anything from the 80s, especialy odds and ends, if you want to sell/trade let me know, and if you need stuff identified you can also hit me up with a few pictures, i'd be more than happy to help out.
I know this was directed at Jaruff but do you know about the GI Joe fan clubs? I have a couple items from them that I know very little about.
I somehow got a belt like this one;
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/261059898420
And a baseball cap with the GI Joe logo on it, I can't find much info about this. I was told it was from a fan club but that's it. I forgot about these until the GI Joe stuff got mentioned in the thread, I must have got them over a year ago at least.

Videogamerdaryll, I love reading your flea market tales. I can totally picture the people looking over your shoulder and then somehow (god help 'em) thinking it is okay to look through your box. And the sense of urgency in a situation like that is very strange. Even at just a regular garage sale I find myself eyeing the people around me and feeling like I'm about to miss something.
Nice haul, too! White PS2 would be sweet hang onto (afaik there is otherwise nothing special about it). And damn, all those GB and DS cheat devices!

Thank you,thank you so much.
It’s always when I’m looking at something people jump on my back to get to what I’m grabbing..Stuff was out there all morning and no ones buying it,now when I do then they want it..
Oh yea: I have been teaching my son on what to look for..When I’m looking through stuff at one side I want him to look on the other but he doesn’t know enough yet..I wish I could be at two places at one time..I often miss out on deal cause I’m in one box and someone else sees me digging then starts looking on the other side and I miss stuff..
That day one kid grabbed an Xbox item I saw on the other side but could not get over to that side fast enough..He had no idea what it was but wanted to grab it cause he saw me grab the same one on the other side...He paid $1.00 for it,and said to the vendor.”what is it?..I looked at him and shouted..IT’S FOR AN XBOX!!!!..((((saying to myself ,now what the heck do you need that for..(shakes head)
My dad was with me:
We notice a vintage slot car set..I kneel down in front of the box and carefully open the fragile lid,I remove It and put it to the side..inside is a very old fragile slot car set..this couple walks up and the lady grabs the old red slot car and says,oh look at this, then drops the car in the box to grab the other of three cars..the top pops off and she leaves it like that..I look up at the vendor like oh no and WTF..
after they reminisce over the slot car set I put the top back on and walk away..
My dad and I got to talking
Those people were so rude, how did they know if you weren’t going to buy it or not..they just reach in and grab..

What you have to do is start looking at a bunch of crap, but do so all excited like. Wait until a bunch of people are watching you, then act like you want to pay but can't find your wallet. Put the crap down and then walk or run hurridly away like you remembered leaving it somewhere(like your car for example). Come back an hour later to see if that stuff is still there or not. Fun times. :)

Reminds me of when I went to a flea market in the US years ago. There was a comic book vendor who basically just sold comic books and had tons of them. One person picked out two old issues that were in bags with backboards in great shape, I think they were about $15 each or around that(not bargain $1 type comics). He buys them then takes them out of the bags, folds them in half, and shoves them into the back pocket of his jeans while giving the bags back to the vendor. The vendor just had a stunned look on his face and looked to be in pain, almost like seeing a pet getting hit by a car. I couldn't believe it either.

Back in the 80s and very early 90s there were orderforms that came with most vehicles, you could trade "flag" points and money for exclusive items in the catalogue, which included hats belts and older toys that were no longer in production (transformers did the same thing)

: )-
I did something like that with a bin of junk VCR tapes..
...A vendor I had bought stuff off said on the side that I could take this huge VCR tape filled bin for free....it was so big and heavy I didn't want to carry it..
So I started to dig through it to see if there was anything I actually wanted....People stopped and now were on me while I was looking in the bin like I found gold..this VCR tape filled bin sat out there all day untouched..no interest.
I felt bad and wanted to give her something for the bin itself as I use them-yet she just wanted to dump it all and not have to take it back home..
I told her in front of these people watching that I will take it but I gotta go to the car and get a wheelcart ..I will come back...she said ok she will hold it for me..
.I still had searching to do and didn't want to be tied to lugging that thing back to the car ..
As soon as I turned my back people walked up to the bin and started offering her money for that crap..I find that to be sleazy..the one guy looked at me as I walked away like as if he was going to outsmart me..(he jumped in my grave)
...the offering price went up between these people, like bidding on it,would you take,10-20..I hear the guy offer the vendor $30.00 for the bin..
Wow!!
But : the lady vendor was true to her word she did not sell it..
I came back way later and it was untouched..I told her she should of sold it for $30.00 I would of not been mad,but she said that's not how she work..(hey there are nice people out there)
I gave her 5 for the bin as planned..
The sleazy people being turned down I think was well worth the 5 bucks spent.

Dude. A fellow Action Replay Duo owner?! Those aren't cheap...
I have a few listed on ebay from other finds,I've been selling them here and there..they don't sell well for me.. I pretty much beat other listings prices as when I first looked at the high prices I was blown away..
They are long hall sales..they eventually sell..
I have another DSi AR coming that a friend picked up..
....I also have one of the new bigger DS systems coming my way to maybe use so of this stuff before selling ..
I just have not been doing well with flea market finds for making money off of what I find...flea market prices are to high to profit on and then sometimes things are junk..
...My friend sells complete NES systems with new 72 pin connector and 1 game for $25.00 at flea markets..
I can't get them cheap enough with all that to make profit so I pass them up but NES system sales used to be my money maker..I have a stack of them now that collect dust..
I gotta sell it all..This stuff I picked up was in plan to resell and pay bills that are piling up..that's why I dug so hard in that guys bins to grab everything I could find..
I just gotta get the time to test it all, make sure the stuff works right, match what goes with what-search for info-specs etc..

Price: GBP 499.99
Approximately US $790.68
This is a highly collectable rare FAT UK PAL PS2 SNOW WHITE EUROPEAN AUTOMOBILE Playstation 2 console with Controller
NOTE : THIS IS NOT THE CHEAPER CERAMIC WHITE 55000 GT ASIAN MODEL THAT CAME WITH GT4 IN ASIA (worth about £100)
These were never sold in retail shops but handed out to re-sellers as gifts direct from Sony. Only 666 were ever made for each Region so these are crazily rare and always sell for many hundreds of pounds.
If you are a collector of anything Playstation you must have one of these in your collection. They will only gain value over the coming decades!
This item is a SNOW WHITE UK PAL PS2 European Automobile which has a wonderful glossy shiny SNOW WHITE surface. The model Number is SCPH-30003R
It has NEVER been opened or tampered with and hence still has its warranty seal intact.
It also comes with the matching SNOW WHITE Controller which has the same shiny finish.
It is truly a beautiful console and highly sought after. The last one we sold in 2009 went for £700! - these truly are rare being only 666 ever made for Europe.

I think I've seen that white PS2 for sale at local stores... I found this page (http://www.gamespot.com/forums/topic/25464723) that says Sony released various colors in limited numbers. No idea if it's true.
I haven't found much of anything lately, just a Final Fantasy VII I just put up on eBay. But I do have a horror story for you guys.
I was looking at a booth where I tend to find lots of oddball CDs and movies. I noticed two big CD binders and check them out... lots and lots of decent music in there. Then I see the other, and it's got movies. Lots of awesome movies. RARE horror stuff, even. I ask the owner if he has the boxes around, and he says, nope, he threw them all out since they take up too much space.
It took me a lot of effort just to keep myself from screaming at him right then and there. I just said, "there are a lot of people like myself who would rather buy complete movies." I put the binder back in its place and walked away, mentally cursing that jackass.
Fucking *self censors* ... agh. :(

I stopped by my local Goodwill since they were having a grand 'Re-opening' after doing a ton of work on the store. I went in and found a small rack of games, the most that I had ever seen there. It was the typical mix of sports stuff for various systems and other non-interesting stuff. They did, however, have a shoebox of Atar1 2600 and a couple 7800 games. They were the typical commons for $5 each. They also had a pink Game Boy Advance for $25. I passed on everything. I guess I now know where they are going to try and get the money to pay for all the work on the building.

Goodwill is weird, usually I find either nothing, a box full of commons, or a box full of rares, but never a mixed bag. One time in Glendale they had 3-4 racks of Japanese Megadrive games and Japanese PlayStation games, I bought the ones that interested me and the Megadrive system.

The white PS2 is from the Auto series. There were 5 colors, all limited to 666 in each region. Value is hard to say. You've got the box and if you've got the controller and stuff you're better. People throw them up on eBay for stupid amounts, but I don't pay enough attention to see if they sell for the 2k monies that people list them at.

Started the day with a red GBA SP, Zelda Majora's Mask, and X-MEN (Sega Genesis) for 14.97
Flipped those and about $10 worth of other crap for a factory sealed Koudelka (since this is worth so much sealed I'll be selling)
Ended the day with Allied General, Caesars Palace 2000, and Summoner 2 for $9

I loved Koudelka, bought it new back in the day and played it so many times. The friggin weapons breaking in the middle of battles just drove me nuts though. Is it really that collectible though? I thought most people gave it mediocre reviews.

My last purchases for August:
Rayman Origins for $9.99 (New) - Wal-Mart dropped the price to something that I could actually afford. I love the beautiful 2D graphics.
Sonic Unleashed (PS3 Version) for $12.99 (Used) - I wanted to see how it compared to the PS2 version. One thing I noticed right away, is that it's a lot harder.
Tales of Vesperia (PS3 Version) for $50.93 (New) - I've been considering getting this for a while. But the price tag for the original release was more than I could afford. Fortunately, they finally released the more economical version earlier this month, so I ordered a copy from Play-Asia this afternoon.
Kingdom Hearts Final Mix Millennium Edition Guide for $10.00 (Used) - Some guy was selling anime stuff on Craigslist, and this was among it. I bought it hoping it would have some nice artwork, but other than the front cover, it doesn't have anything great. However, it does have some useful maps of each area, so it's not a total bust.

It is the prequel to the Shadow Hearts series, most of the games in that series are going up, though in the past few months this one has gone down slightly. It is now on Ebay if anyone wants it.
Edit: Found Brave Prove (PS1 import) for $10 with Koudelka Found Xenosaga II near mint for $9
