What's the title to this game?

Back in my youth from the early 90's I remember going to Pizza Hut and playing an Arcade game that was a co-op (similar to Turtles in Time) except that it had the Bubble Bobble characters. I also remember that it was in a White cabinet, it was upright and abnormally shaped. Does anyone know the name or remember this one?

If none of you know, I may have to call up that particular pizza hut and see if it's the same owner, because the answer has been bugging me for quite some time.

All I can remember is seeing is identical dragon sprites that are the same colors as Bubble Bobble, That were able to do Tail attacks. Other than this, it's all I can remember.

I tried checking Wikipedia for a list of Taito Arcade games and I couldn't find anything. A lot of japanese arcade games don't have pages on there and the cabinet did look kinda funny, it looked like there was a good chance it could've been foreign. I don't recall any english or japanese writing either.

Progress update: I tried calling the Pizza hut I remember seeing the game at, apparently the manager that was working there is long gone and the franchise has switched owners.

The guy I spoke to gave me a number to call to hopefully get further contact details to hopefully closer to the name of this game.

Edit 2: So, the restaurant management that now owns this particular pizza hut called back, during the transitioning phase they apparently weren't given any records that go that far back. Hitting a dead end here. I guess the only other choice I have is to aim blind, calls coinop operators whom may have leased the machine to them that are local in the area, or to swing taito an email regarding licensing of those two particular characters that fit the description of the game I'm thinking of.

It was a really fun game too.
