Value of this Wii lot

My uncle has decided to upgrade from a Wii to a PS3 and brought his Wii stuff to me yesterday. I'm trying to determine some basic values so I can let him know what to expect. Here's what he has:

Wii console (GC compatible)
Nyko wireless sensor bar
One Wiimote + Nintendo Nunchuck
One Interact Mote + Nyko Kama nunchuck
Nintendo steering wheel

Games:

Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2011 (boxed with the Top Shot Elite)
One orange shotgun-like attachment

Cabela's Big Game Hunter
Remington Super Slam Hunting Alaska
Bass Pro Shops The Hunt
Remington Great American Bird Hunt

I'm thinking the best way to handle everything is one lot for the hunting games + accessories and another lot for the system and non-hunting games/accessories. Any advice would be much appreciated. The more I can get, the more I can help him out.

I'd say $125-$150 for the lot, pushing $175-200 if you piece it out and get lucky.

Wii and accessories about $75-100

$35-40 for the hunting games with gun

$10 for the remaining 3 titles
