My most wanted/anticipated game this gen. I knew it was on life support, but it appears they have pulled the plug. :-(

Hurry and trademark it. Then sell the name to Sony if the game is actually ever completed.
I wouldn't be shocked to see Last Guardian bumped to Sony's next console as a launch title. If the visuals and frame rate were "next-gen" enough I would consider picking it up at launch. I want this fucking game, damn it!

Wouldn't work anyway, there's still common law/rights.
Also this doesn't mean that they have unregistered, just that they didn't respond to WTF they were going to use it for so they took it away from em.
