I saw this auction for a sit-down Spy Hunter cabinet

Unfortunately, the description clearly states that the game board and power board are not included. Is it a good deal without those boards? And how much do those boards cost separately? And I assume there is no difference between the boards used for standup and sitdown versions, right?
