Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade UBISOFT Rare?? NES

I checked the online rarirty guige and it indicates the UBISOFT version Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade is Rare with a 6 rating. But how rare really is it?? I tried looking this up online and people had different opinions. There are some copies on Ebay going for over $100. I picked a UBISOFT Indy up yesterday loose for $5. Did I get a steal?? Yes at $5 you got a steal. I just looked to see what you were talking about at ebay and a complete one appears to go over $100, yet I can't explain the loner cart at $80 though for one, then not selling on another at $5. I know the value wobbles a good bit, but I'd have guessed it between $20-40 loose which still is a good bit more than $5.
