With Nintendo Power ending it's magazine, I want to start collecting the mags and want to know how much would I have to spend for a complete set? This isn't including the guides and Others just the issues 1 thru the newest one.

hmmm...it's been awhile. I imagine the first 10 to twenty issues would be pricier, though not too bad. Everything after that would be less than the cover price. You can often find larger lots on ebay for less than $1 an issue (have not looked recently).
I recently saw a local game store sell back issues (before issue 100) for $2.99 each.
Many came with posters so you may or may not want a list of those as well.

Price sounds. I hope the prices don't sky rocket next month.

The four NES guides (SMB3, Ninja Gaiden II, Final Fantasy and 4-Player Extra) are numbered NP issues (made during a brief time when they went from bi-monthly to a format alternating between a regular issue and a strategy guide, and then monthly).
