Skyrim Xbox 360 vs PS3

I been thinking about picking this game up but I don't know what version to get. Is there a difference between the 2 consoles?

Skyrim is on PS3? Oh. That one game with constant frame drops and according to people who have put in around 60 hours, the way the game tracks items the game drops and plays at framerates that are less than 20fps and drop to below 10 and sometimes 0fps. The same game that Dawnguard has been delayed for over two months because even Bethesda thinks it's too bugged for released. BETHESDA THINKS IT'S TOO BUGGED FOR RELEASED. BETHESDA. You know. The company who doesn't mind throwing out there that it clearly doesn't give a shit about its fans and tell them right to their faces that they're not fixing a bug in the game(PS3 version only,) that allows you to cure the vampire disease. The company that releases an obvious budget port nearly every time to the PS3(except for Oblivion which had better framerate than the 360.)

That being said. I'd say wait for the Game of the Year edition and get everything packaged together. That's what I'm doing, 360 version of course.

I know it's on the PS3. I meant that it's a piece of shit on the PS3.

Also no idea when the Game of the Year Edition comes out, but since Morrowind, they've released a Game of the Year edition for all their Elder Scrolls games as well as every Fallout game they've created. It's best to just be patient and wait so you can get the best version with all the patches included on disc.

Yeah, it started out pretty shitty, but the game is very stable now. I'd still recommend the 360 version, but since the latest patches the PS3 game isn't too shabby either.

Ive played skyrim on ps3 long enough to get a platinum trophy, and Ive noticed some skipping/glitching but its really not enough to complain about. Nothing that hindered me from completing any quests. To say that skyrim on ps3 is shit is quite a bit excessive...

I played like 30 mins of the PS3 version. seemed ok.

how many discs does the 360 version have? I played Rage and it had 3 discs.
