SNES 6 button Layout

Is there a list of 6 button Pads with all 6 buttons in the front??

I had one that was extra thin, but I got rid of it a long time ago. I guess it could have helped for fighting games, but it was practically useless for anything else because the buttons had almost zero travel. It wasn't designed to be held in your hands, but rather placed on a flat surface.
