Couple specific NES games

I have a few NES games I'd like to get your opinions on. I see them going for a lot on ebay, but not sure what I could actually sell them for. All games are cart only in good working condition.

-Godzilla 2 - I see ebay listings of around $100, but don't believe it
-Gun-Nac
-Dusty Diamond's Allstar Softball
-Mega Man 5
-Metal Storm

Don't ever go by the asking price, go for completed listings. Godzilla is selling for about $60. Use eBay for the other games and you will have an answer.

Gun-Nac used to be worth about $20 for the longest time, now it's worth about $60. I should have kept my copy.

Last nice loose copy of Gun*Nac I sold went for $70. It's one of the price climbers, and also a really great game.

In the current market, here's what I'd generally expect, assuming decent shape:

Godzilla 2 - $50-$65
Gun-Nac - $60-$75
Dusty Diamond's All-Star Softball - $30-$35
Mega Man 5 - $35-$45
Metal Storm - $30-$40
