What Determines eBay's "Best Match" Option?

I've been trying to give my listings more exposure, any idea what I can do?

Does adding an option for priority, or using eBay's own picture upload option do anything?

My guess is they give priority to bigger sellers.

There are all kinds of factors. I came across a list the other day, but can't remember where right now. Price was a big one, and DSRs was another. I think title keywords or something like that plays a factor, but I can't remember for sure.

I hate that best match crap. It's useless. I always immediately set it to "price + shipping".
