Has anyone ever tried to burn the roms from the underdogs site on to a
CD then tried them on a SEGA CD?

Considering there is no copy protection on the Sega CD you would think it would be ripe with CD homebrews.. nope.
Most are making homebrews for the Dreamcast because, being Windows CE, is easy to program for and has more power for the same price (tons of DC's on the market.. not to many working Sega CD's.
