NES Controller

Hey, I hope uploading this image worked, I was wondering about
this NES controller. If the image doesn't work, here's a description:
The controller looks very similar to the standard NES controller, except
it has two red turbo buttons above the a and b buttons, and the cord
comes out the side, not the top. Any info on it would be appreciated.

The only info I can give is that I've seen one at a store before but didn't buy it. Other than that I don't know its history.

Yeah I think I picked it up from a Play N Trade for $2.00.
I don't think it's rare, I just haven't found much info online about it.

It's a 3rd party controller, I've seen them before but don't know the name of them.

It's a pretty common third party controller, but it doesn't have any particular markings on it for the company that it came from that I remember. I've probably had about 5 of them pass through my hands in the last 10 years, and I try to avoid getting non first party NES controllers, since they rarely sell, but that thing is one of the few the exceptions.

I really like it. I wouldn't be surprised if they were made by Innovation, as I believe they had another controller with the cord coming out the side like that.

Yeah, you're right, it has no markings whatsoever indicating who made it.
It is a really good quality third party controller too.
