Just scored Ducktales 2 cart only. The guy had it priced at $115. Luckily he takes trades, so I traded him
2 Mega Man 2s, Castlevania 2, Metroid, 2 Donkey Kong Countrys, and 7 WWE Classics action figures.
Do you guys think it was a fair trade? (It was a retro toy/video game store.). Thanks to Treismac for
telling me about this place.

Yes I would say so. I can't believe that game is that high now.

Yeah, it would have broke my heart to pay cash for it. He actually gave me
$140.00 in store trades for my stuff. He also had Dragon Warrior 2 for $30, Dragon
Warrior 3 for $40 and Dragon Warrior 4 for $50. He also had Rescue Rangers 2 but it was
like $100. He also had a Nintendo "Now Playing" sign, but he said it wasn't for sale.

Another typical case of English versions costing WAY more.

You're welcome, Johnny Nintendo! Trading games, toys, and collectibles for store credit is where it's at at Planet Fun.

I can't really gauge if your deal was a good one as I have no idea of what WWE figurines are worth. Regardless, congrats on adding such a great and coveted game to your collection! It is a damn shame that Duck Tales 2 is going for so much these days. When I started collecting NES games again, it was on my list of games to add to the collection. With the price being what it is, I'm holding out either for an in the wild miracle or a better paying job.

I'm lucky to have had this game in my collection since I bought it brand new with my allowance money in 1993. Still have the instructions in mint shape too. Great game! A very nice addition to any collection!

Just wanted to thank everyone for their comments.
I never thought I would have found this outside of eBay or the internet.
I plan on going back to Planet Fun soon.

Hell yeah, Duck Tales 2 is an awesome game; a wonderful addition for any NES collector. Try to pick up Rescue Rangers 2 as well. It's a worthy addition and a very fun, 2P co-op title.

Is RR2 harder then RR1? I ask because, me and my friend actually pulled out my old copy of Rescue Rangers last night and plowed through it for some Co-Op fun (this game did 'fuck over your buddy for the lols' ages before New Super Mario Bros Wii). But I couldn't help but feel the game was a bit of a cake walk in terms of difficulty (beat Fat Cat in less then an hour).

Rescue Rangers 2 is on my short list of 'must find games' mostly because of my long standing fondness of the original. But my hope is its a more satisfying game in general then its predecessor

You'll get mixed opinions on this, but I think RR2 may be tad more difficult. It's certainly not a hard game in any aspect but most definitely enjoyable.

Yikes, I consider myself lucky for finding a loose cart of this and Chip N Dale 2....for a combined $60 locally.

Yeah, I feel I was lucky, as well, scoring mine for $55 shipped. Excellent condition too.

I have never even seen this game or Rescue Rangers 2 in the wild. And that includes craigs list.
