Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars For The DS

I just bought (from Gamestop) GTA for the DS and on the back it says "For Sale, Rental And Use Only In Asia" But it is all in english and has the ESRB M rating on it. It came with everything and the cart says USA on it. It plays fine in my 3DS XL, does anyone else have this version?

I have no answer for you, unfortunately, but it's remarkable that your local gamestop still sells DS games in cases. That store manager deserves a hug, high five, or both.

Yep, got one myself case and all (also from GameStop). My copy also has the same line on the back. Probably just a misprint from the factory.

I have a mint, sealed copy that I bought in Canada a few years back. Common practice in Canada is to take a shrinkwrapped US game and shrinkwrap it a second time with a bilingual manual inside. They did something similar in this case.

I would take the shrinkwrap off and see if it says "Asia only" on the back, but then I wouldn't have a shrinkwrapped copy anymore.

Jorpho's is a Canadian copy. The French/English gives it away. My copy, which was a day 1 purchase is a For Sale in US/Canada/Mexico and Latin America copy.



RPG_Fanatic's isn't a general printing error. The SKU is different than my US copy. My sku is 7 10425 35557 8. The DS catalog/part number matches up to a US copy. Look to the right of your SKU. You should in the upper right part see something like NTR P YGXE. Does yours match up?
