I was looking at a few old Sega mags and saw some screenshots of Xybots for the Genesis. Was it released for any other system than the Lynx?

Probably not much to use if you're Stateside but Xybots was released on most home computer formats - Spectrum/C64/Amiga & Atari ST (I think)

Oh, crap! That totally reminds me... they'd planned a Genesis version of the game as well. I can't imagine it being any worse than Cybercop, and who knows... it may have been better than the Lynx version of Xybots.

I agree with that assessment. That is the same reason that we won't see anything else of Police Academy for the NES.

Hi, I did a small amount of work on Xybots at Tengen with Erich Horn for the NES...Once again I've got no idea why it got cancelled....Oh wait, I know why, I worked on the NES version of Police Academy :)

Steve, I love Taz/Asterix -- great twitch game. I like Quadrun a lot too, though it can be frustrating...
