The way I understand it, you can only use a single PSN account with the Vita.

The only way around this is to use two different memory cards, for two different accounts, and go thru the whole system restore process each time you want to switch accounts. Is this accurate ?

I heard somebody figured out some kind of "trick" that allowed you to change accounts faster, but Sony eliminated that via one of the more recent firmware updates. Unfortunately, I heard about all of that way too late. I've got money stuck on another PSN accont (a sub account), and wanted to buy some PS1 games on that account, and play them on the Vita, but I'd have to do the whole restore thing... Sucks that Sony made it so restrictive.

As far as I'm aware your exactly right.

Their once was an exploit used to switch accounts and now that avenue is closed.

Its an annoyance to be sure but its not like they pulled the rug out from under us, early before release Sony was saying you would need more then one memory card per account. The restore process is pretty painless too unless your constantly switching regions, it sucks but again its the only way I know of to run multiple accounts on the Vita.

If you have money on one account, it wouldn't hurt to call Sony support and ask them if they can transfer that amount to another account of yours. The worst they can do is say no.

I thought you did need another memory card ?

Yeah sorry I did word that weird reading back over it. You are going to need one memory card per account and factory reset in order to switch to other accounts and access the data on them.
