Sega Master System 2 rust

Hello,

So i was about to do a RCA mod on a SMS 2 and when i turned the board down i saw alot of rust in what i think to be solder traces that are grounded.
Should i worry about this rust? How can i clean this up?

Looks to me like crushed solder flux. I wouldn't be concerned about it. If it is flux, you can remove it with isopropyl alcohol.
