How rare/valuable is Mega Man for the Gamegear. My friend has a mint box and manual but we haven't found the game in his endless boxes yet. He is sure its at his place somewhere.

More like $300 for CIB, a complete one sold for $300 and a cart with manual sold for $150.

The carts seem to be selling actively for around $30-40 which is why I didn't think a complete would be worth that much. I have the box and manual in hand in great condition we just can't find the cart at all -_-. I wonder how much just the box and manual would go for.

If it were me, I would just buy a loose cart in really nice shape to pair with the box/manual and set up as a full set. The $40 investment to make at least triple your money would be worth it in my opinion, and you always get folks willing to pay crazy money for CIB stuff.
