I found a copy of NFS High Stakes for PC with Not For Resale printed on it. It is disk only. Any idea what it might be worth, if anything?

I also found a game called Total War! for mac. It is sealed. It is a compilation of a ton of strategy games. The only thing I can find for it is a listing on ebay for a disk and manual only copy.
Anyone know if there is a value for this at all or is this listing on ebay just hopes and dreams for him?
