Black Ops 2 (http://www.joystiq.com/game/call-of-duty-black-ops-2) will have a double XP event during its launch weekend, from November 16 - 18, tied to pre-orders. We've known for a while that pre-orders will get the Nuketown 2025 (http://www.joystiq.com/2012/07/02/black-ops-2-takes-pre-orderers-back-to-nuketown/) bonus map - now it looks like downloading that map will give players free access to the double XP party.
