After spending an evening with my remaining Master System stuff I've come to the realization that I really wouldn't miss it much. Not to discount those who love the system as I do enjoy some of the games and of course Wonder Boy III is awesome. However I only seem to take it out once a year and only play it for an afternoon or evening before the games go back on the shelf and the system goes back in the closet. I think it's time to get out of SMS completely.

Values on eBay seem pretty sporadic so I'm asking here, what would be a fair price for the following. Everything works great however some of the loose cartridges do have label wear / peeling. A good number of the cartridges are pretty pristine however. Not a "perfect collector's" bundle by any means but superb for the avid retro gamer.

All hardware is loose.

Master System console (no built in game, just Snail Maze)
Power adapter (going to be a Genesis 1 box, same thing, different shape)
AV cable (composite video, mono audio)
Master System control pad (later revision with cable on the the top)
Master System control stick

Action Fighter (complete)
Alex Kidd and The Lost Stars (loose)
Alex Kidd in Miracle World (loose)
Aztec Adventure (loose)
Black Belt (loose)
California Games (complete)
Choplifter (complete)
Cloud Master (loose)
Cyborg Hunter (with case, missing booklet)
Double Dragon (loose)
Gangster Town (complete)
Ghostbusters (loose)
Hang On / Safari Hunt (complete)
Joe Montana Football (loose)
Kung Fu Kid (loose)
Marksman Shooting / Trap Shooting (loose)
Miracle Warriors (loose)
Monopoly (complete)
Penguin Land (loose)
Rambo First Blood Part II (complete)
Rampage (loose)
Rescue Mission (complete)
Rocky (complete)
R-Type (loose)
Shinobi (loose)
SpellCaster (complete)
The Ninja (complete)
Vigilante (with booklet)
Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap (loose)
Wonder Boy in Monster Land (loose)
World Grand Prix (loose)
Zillion (with booklet)

Tons of catalogs and posters throughout the complete games as well. Unfortunately no Light Phaser as I sold the only one I had with the boxed system I got rid of earlier this year.

As always, thanks in advance and if someone is interested in a purchase before I get a price figured out and this moved to my Buying & Selling thread, let me know.

Are they all US releases or are any European/Canadian? I guess it doesn't matter for loose carts but it could for complete copies.

It's all US, would be noted if otherwise.

Around $150-200 sounds reasonable enough.

I would say no more than $150 unless you were willing to piece out a bunch of stuff, and even then most of it isn't worth a lot. You have a solid-sized collection, but with most of it loose and SMS prices being what they are... it would be tough to really get much more than that for it. Of course, this is just from a general glance-over and I'm not sure about the prices on a couple of games, but the ones I know are worth $20 and up aren't present.

Yeah, there's nothing super spectacular here but it's a solid library without any crap like the "Great" sports series and a bunch of 3D games which I parted out last year. It really is too bad stuff like Alex Kidd, R-Type, Wonder Boy II and III are loose as I know it would bump things up a bit if they were at the very least boxed. I guess I'll get some pictures up and get it going for sale soon. Thanks.
