Not including games that require color anaglyph glasses, like Minecraft.

3D does seem to be catching on fairly well. Over 600 PC games (http://www.tridef.com/user-guide/supported-games), almost 50 PS3 games, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_3D_PlayStation_3_games) and almost 30 Xbox 360 games (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Xbox_360_games_with_3D_support) have 3D support. Wii U is also confirmed to support 3D, although not at launch.

What are some of the good, current games that support it?

There's this sort of obscure handheld system called the Nintendo 3DS that has some good 3D games on it. ;P

Sarcasm aside, Super Mario 3D Land and Kid Icarus Uprising are probably the best cases in favor of stereoscopic 3D games.

The ps3 3d remake of shadow of the colossus is the best use of stereoscopic 3d I've seen yet in a game. It's pretty mindblowing at times.

I also really like some of the 2.5d games available on the 3ds. Steel diver, despite being kind of a ho-hum game, looks and sounds amazing in 3d. Cave story 3d and code of princess also utilize the effect pretty well.

I rather like the use of it in pure 2D games, such as Mutant Mudds and Mighty Switch Force. I can't explain it, but the layered effect really makes games look nice.
