Well do you want to seal it off for a couple hundred years? Then you should use a time capsule. Now if we're talking longer than that I suppose you can look into cryogenics and long duration cold storage. So I guess the real question is just how long do you want to seal your SNES for?

You typed selling with improper spelling, which when viewing the thread title is easily confused as sealing.

You should really check your spelling before you make a topic or post, it could prevent a joke being made at the expense of your typos, heh!
Anyways, you really can't go wrong with Ebay, so as long as you be careful when dealing with buyers. In my experience, Ebay will always side with the buyer in a conflict, presumably to avoid a bad image. I'm not sure of any specialty sites that could help you here, but there are many forums (including here!) which have specific sections tailoring to buying, selling, and trading items among members, so maybe you could do that?

I was really wondering how someone would want an SNES to be sealed.

Other sites you may want to look into:
eCrater (http://www.ecrater.com/)
GameGavel (http://www.gamegavel.com/)
Yardsellr (http://yardsellr.com/block/video-games)
I've bought and sold on these sites. I'm not a huge fan of eBay anymore.
