I've got a Wii Fit, which should be worth 100 coins, but unfortunately have those Nintendogs registered already except for Chihuahua.

Sounds good, if they are unused, those points are 40+20 = 60, so if you have not registered the 3 diff DS Nintendogs, we can trade as they total 20+20+20=60 pts as well. PM me if you want to trade and you are sure your codes are unused.

Can always make a second account on a family account setup and register second copies on that account.

I don't think that works anymore. You'd just have to do a standalone second account and not be able to add the coins together at all. Pretty sure I tried this with my wii fit code since I did do it in the past to add duplicates, but it said something along the lines of "you can register this but you won't get coins". Hopefully someone can back me up on this so we know for sure.

I've been doing it. The only time I've gotten that message was when a game wasn't eligible for coins anymore.
