How much are the NEC and Sega PACs going for these days?

This is my 2c on pricing from what I've noticed:

PAC S-1 and S-10 (Sega) are worth about the same amount, I'd say around $80-$90. Maybe a bit more change for the AIWA variant.

PAC N-1 (PC Engine) will run you about $250-$300

PAC N-10 (TurboGrafx-16) is easily a $400-$600 item from the last ones I've seen end on eBay.

These prices are all for loose PACs, no branded controller or box. The controller and box tend to make the prices skew up a lot more.

I'll pass on the NEC PAC, already got a TG16 and a working CD unit, I think a Kisado and an Arcade card can be bought for half the cost of the JP NEC PAC. The only LD-ROM of either format that isn't an eye roller is Time Gal and I can buy Lucienne's Quest AND Panzer Dragoon Saga and still pay less. Might still get the Sega PAC, then again might just sell this thing.

The benefit of the system for me is that once you've got a LA and PACs for both systems, it's really a space saver compared to having a Sega CD/Genesis and Duo out in the same room. Instead you've got the single (admittedly large) LaserActive and the two PACs you can swap in. They unit can also be modded for pretty nice RGB if you know what you're doing.

The only drawback is that SegaCD games are region locked, so to play Mega CDs from Japan you'd need the JP PAC (S-1). Mega-LDs and LD-ROMROMs are all region free so you can buy US or JP and they'll work on either PAC. But, as a LaserDisc player the unit is pretty middling.
