i'm actually surprised there aren't any games from that part of the world seeing how far they went with creating their own NES clones.. I guess they were too busy creating clones and pirate carts to worry about making fresh new ones for the rest to enjoy..
Either that, or they all were busy writing new PC viruses back then!

Come on, a little research and I'm SURE you could find a decent amount of games made at that point in time at that place. Just find out when the eclipses were, and where the publishers are from, and get a list going!

Anyway, I don't know if it was made during an eclipse, but New Ghostbusters 2 on the NES is pretty good.

Are we talking publishing or developing? Because neither Trolls in Crazyland (Doki! Doki! Yuuenchi!) or New Ghostbusters 2 (Ghostbusters 2) were developed anywhere in Europe, I'm almost positive they're Japanese products.

So published in Eastern Europe and developed anywhere at all, with the only development restriction being that some coding had to be done during an eclipse? Solar or lunar, or does it matter?

Well hokey doo, I actually do have some experience and a wee bit of knowledge about the video game scene in Eastern Europe, although it's limited to one city in Ukraine and a quick afternoon stopover in Istanbul. There's tons of it, but none of it was created in that area.
As for the eclipse, I have no experience.
