I have written directly via their website, as well as three times via eBay messages. I have a problem with a transaction for five items purchased on eBay, but have not heard back to any of my inquiries in three days. Thank you, after several days of waiting I did get a reply. I have no doubt he will take care of the situation as it seems to be a simple string of technical miscommunications and human errors that are not only understandable but easily resolved.
