If you already have the game, the new level will available as an update from Steam (http://store.steampowered.com/app/223220/), GOG (http://www.gog.com/gamecard/giana_sisters_twisted_dreams), or Gamersgate (http://www.gamersgate.com/DD-GSTD/giana-sisters-twisted-dreams), and can be found in the extras menu. If you don't have it, the Christmas level will be available for separate download from Steam and GOG.
