Look at the source of the document ... you get this:

They type the popular search terms that are not related to their auction in order to get people to look at it. They do this in the same color as the background color so you cant see them directly, but a search turns up their auctions if one of those words are there of course. You can left click on you mouse and highlight below the Method of payment and this is what you will see-

It will show up if you do a search on ebay and check the box for title & description.
