This dude has been selling ROM cds for a while. He's also been banned a couple different times, but keeps coming back under different names. This time, he's not even mentioning that its a ROM CD. He just mentions that the items "aren't cartridges." RIGHT.
Anyways, I reported him a couple days ago, but I don't think its going to get taken down. Somebody's in for a big surprise.
