FS: Custom Cut Vinyl Graphics... Now with Large Format Professional Printing!

Hi all! I know I am rather new here (yeah right! Scarce lately, yes!)I recently started cutting Custom Neo-Geo Side Art Graphics out of Vinyl for some folks at Neo-Geo.com and wanted to let folks here know about it as well. I have included one set of custom vinyl graphics I cut and applied to a board for demo purposes below. I am not limited to just Neo-Geo related items, I can easily cut anything that is vector format or if you have something cool that you want done, I can convert it to Vector for you and cut it as well. Everything is custom made to order and turn around is usually a day or two. You can find references here or Neo-Geo.com (Jasen Hicks).

Limitations:
1. Color Palatte is limited due to vinyl availablity. Anything outside of white requires additional time because I don't keep much outside of white in house. I can cut Paint Masks as well, but that too requires additional lead time to get Paint Mask to cut.

2. One dimension max is 11" (right now until I upgrade my cutter). Length is up to 10' but I prefer to keep it under 2'. It's easier for everyone!

Prices vary based on the size and requirements of the project, but a full set of Side Art for the Neo Cabs is $40 shipped.

Why is that thing running so slow?

I was cutting something small and I optimized the speed for clean straight cuts. If you run it too fast the cuts will be sloppy.

What is the smallest size you can die cut? I have a label about 0.75" x 1".

The Restricted logo for the MVS and NEO is .375 diameter. Shoot me an email (jasenhicks gmail) with the graphic and I'll give it a go. Unless its extremely complex, it's probably fine. (Vector format preferred).

A couple of pictures of new things! I started using the optical alignment tool of my smaller cutter and started making custom cut stickers now! Size limit is 8.5 * 11 but they come out looking great. I have some matte material now and some glossy material on order but the matte looks great.

Additionally, the paint masks come out great too. They are made using 3mil translucent blue masking material. They are reusable, but unless you are a pro with a steady hand I suspect that it's not incredibly simple for a newbie with stenciling.

I recently added a full Vinyl Printer (Solvent) and Cutter Combo piece of gear to the repetoire. Now I can do a lot of cool printing/cutting not previously offered. Up to 20" wide and however long/tall. All Printed and cut in one work flow using water resistant and UV resistant Solvent Inks, Vinyls, Papers, and Cling Materials. Here is some NEO-GEO MVS-4U art work i did up tonight!

Not only can I do normal arcade art work, but I can do custom joystick artwork, large format prints, car graphics, store graphics, etc.

His printer is limited to 20", so it would have to be done in pieces.

Oh no! Your poor MVS!

So fluid is right, I am limited to 20" but all is not lost. The original NEO-GEO vinyl was just a piece of vinyl applied then the "NEO-GEO", "MVS", and "SNK" were painted on using a stencil.

What most of us do with our NEO cabs: strip the vinyl and repaint the sides using an oil based paint to give it the best finish possible. Once it's fully cured apply either the vinyl side art that I make or use the paint mask setup I made and replace what we have taken off. It's the best way until someone can source a very wide vinyl that matches the original (hasn't been done yet). Even when they do, the lettering still gets applied second.
