Can't say I like the tether as it looks pretty fragile but nice work. Might replace it with a DB-25 connector or two if possible.

The french nes has rgb as standard there pricey though.

It's not true RGB though, it's just composite being converted to RGB which means you don't gain anything in terms of video quality.
