Name That Game - 1st Person Football

Sometime around 1990, I'd guess, I had a football game on the PC that I played all the time. It was first-person, and you looked through a view of a helmet. I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called. Anyone?

The only game I can think of is Digital Pictures Quarterback Attack. It was a first person football game all done in full motion video.

It was much later than 1990 though. It was released in 1995 for PC and 96' for Saturn and 3DO.

Gamestar made GFL Championship Football for home computers, not sure it came to PC...? But that was 1st person.

I'm almost sure that it was not NFL licensed. I just checked screenshots of Unnecessary Roughness '95, and that wasn't it.

I remember playing a 1st person football game on the Amiga called GFL Championship football. It was pretty bad though.

I have GFL Championship Football II for the Tandy Coco, must be a sequel but yea its a first person football and not very good IMO.

If it's not one of the games already listed I don't know what to tell you. I've played a helluva lot of football games and the aforementioned Quarterback Attack and Unnecessary Roughness '95 are the only ones that sound remotely like what you're describing. Was it an FMV game?

Nevermind, the one I had was the PC version of GFL Championship football.

I wasn't aware there were 1st person football games. Whatever it was they should have combined it with a 1st person shooter.
