I'm told Andrew McCutchen of the Pittsburgh Pirates is the cover athlete for this year's MLB The Show so I'll have to get it. But it makes me wonder...is this the first baseball video game to feature a Pirate on the cover? And has a Steeler ever made the cover of a football game? I would think so but i can't remember.

Kordell Stewart was on the cover of NFL 97 for the Saturn, can't think of any Pirates.

Lemieux's game on the genesis was terrible and out of respect for him I choose to pretend it doesn't exist.
