We have three copies of DOTA 2 (http://store.steampowered.com/app/570/) & its Early Access Pack up for grabs (a $29.99 value!) which are available to members of Digital Press. This includes early access to the game itself as well as the following items: a Mighty Boar Courier; the Stoic Mask, Wolf Cape, and Aspect Wraps of the High Plains; Long-Fang the Grey Blade; the Tayrnhelm, Girth, Fluted Guard, and Grip of the Swordmaster; the Staff of the Old Doctor; and the Wooden Mask.
How do you secure a copy of this game for yourself? It's easy! Just be a member of the official Digital Press Steam group (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/dpretro) by the end of January 18, 2013. We will randomly select a winner from all the members of that group which have logged onto Steam within the last two weeks as of the time of the drawing. (This requirement is to prevent sending copies to inactive accounts.)
You can either join by asking an already existing member of the group which you know to invite you, or you can request an invitation in this thread and some current member (such as myself) will help you. To make sure we can get everyone invited who wants to be, please request an invitation by the end of January 17. You can still ask to join after this day but you will be ineligible for this giveaway by then.
After we draw the winners, we will send out their copies of DOTA 2 including the Early Access Packs and post the usernames of the winners here in this thread. In the case of technical problems preventing this method of deciding winners or distribution of the gift copies, we will determine another method of giveaway at a later date.
