The game is developed by Monolith oft. It combines characters from Namco,Capcom,SEGA. Spiritual Successor to Namco X Capcom. And now we get it! For the old school Dante fans the real dante is in here.

From the looks of the character roster on the game's Wiki page, it's about 2/3 the size of the roster in Namco X Capcom. It also looks like they're favoring a more "realistic" humanoid roster as I didn't see characters like Klonoa, Guntz, or Bravoman listed on the Wiki page or shown in the trailer. That's a shame because I would have liked to seen characters such as Sonic, Alex Kidd, or Nights.

What's funny is I was getting a heavy Super Robot Wars vibe from watching the trailer and giggled when I saw the Banpresto logo on the box at the end.

Co developed. That doesn't necessarily mean they had much to do with the project. Besides. Good developers can still make garbage video games. I just want to throw the title Xenosaga 2 out there.

Personally, I am both a bit pleased and apprehensive about PXZ getting a release in our territory. On the plus side, I like many of the characters and series represented, and if we are not going to get new games with those characters/series, then it is good to at least see them "alive" in other games. On the negative side, I don't really like the work and general attitude of the team which has made this game. Monolith Soft's track record speaks for itself.
