Other news, THQ and Atari have filed for Bankruptcy selling some of their titles/rights for Pong, Homefront, South Park stick of truth, WWE license, Saints Row, Atari's logo and others. South Park Studios is currently in battle with THQ. THQ signed a legal agreement with South Park Studios to use their characters, voices and environments for "South Park:Stick of Truth" but now with THQ going bankrupt, they are including the game in the auction. Of course South Park Studios is fighting them for the game not to be sold at the auction, rumor has it that WB games are looking to buy some of THQ's property. So we might see Stick of Truth released by WB Games.

Update since the THQ auction has ended:

Relic - purchased by Sega for $26 million
Volition - purchased by Koch Media for $22.3 million
Evolve (IP) - purchased by Take-Two for $11 million
Metro (IP) - purchased by Koch Media for $5.8 million
South Park (IP) - purchased by Ubisoft for $3.2 million
THQ Montreal - purchased by Ubisoft for $2.5 million
Homeland (IP) - purchased by Crytek for $500,000

This is according to "The Escapist" website on who purchased what at the THQ bankruptcy auction. I did read somewhere (which I am currently looking for), that Saints Row was picked up by the company who owns Deep Silver (the company behind Dead Island), Ubisoft purchased the Homefront franchise and the WWE License was picked up by EA. I will continue to look for that article but THQ is no longer from what I am reading.

There has been reports on the news since the shooting in the school that President Obama is doing a study on video games to see if it has any influence on today's generation. They reviewed the two war games "Call of Duty Black Ops II" (of course) and "Medal of Honor:Warfighter" and are working to have these removed from store shelves. Reason because they feel that they make a shotgun powerful where a handgun is weak and also because the games takes place in Iraq and other war places. This maybe the end of modern war games in our country, I'm not a fan of any of the war games because I could never keep up with the fast pace of them and it just doesn't catch my interest but this maybe the start of something terrible for the gaming industry if they manage to ban these titles.

Also their is bankruptcy of THQ and Atari selling some of their titles/rights for Pong, Homefront, South Park stick of truth, Atari's logo and others. South Park Studio's is currently in battle with THQ because THQ signed a legal agreement with South Park Studio's to use their characters, their voices and their environments to use for "South Park:Stick of Truth" but now with THQ going bankrupt they are including in the auction the south park game. Of course South Park Studios is fighting them for the game not to be sold at the auction, rumor has it that Warner Bros games are looking to buy some of THQ's games. So we might see Stick of Truth released by Warner Bros. Games.

Are you mentally challenged or is English not your first language? In either case, your claim about some impending video game ban is a complete lie.

Too bad South Park Studios wasn't able to win this back. Guess we'll have to enjoy The Stick of Truth with Uplay. :/
