DOS games. Can't find much information about them

I picked up these games from a garage sale today. I know they are shareware versions but I can't seem to find any information let alone a value on them. The one neat thing that I haven't come accross before is someone registered and paid for the Wolfenstein 3D one and got the official manual and other material from Apogee in the mail. Even the invoice is there.

Any information would be awesome.

The shareware games aren't worth much but that full version of Wolfenstein 3D should be worth a decent amount as it's directly from them rather than a retail release.
