While cleaning up my game room, I found this dusty abomination in a plastic bag, and I was wondering if any of you know what it is? Looks like a ridiculously oversized flight/racing controller thingy.

Also, bonus question! What's the name of this type of floppy case? I bought a handful of shareware games purely because I thought the cases were neat but I have no idea where I can get more of them.

Hopefully you wise people can enlighten me!

Either that, or the later released MSC Super MS-200E Multi-System, which was just a controller.

First I've heard of this system. The game chair was interesting with optional cover of course. @_@

This picture in OP's album confirms it's the controller rerelease.

I know that when they took the Konix Multi-System to trade shows they bolted the system to a tabletop and wired the controls to their prototype system hidden underneath the table since they hadn't gotten the hardware to fit inside the casing yet. Was there a point before the system's cancellation that they finalized the circuit boards and managed to fit the hardware inside the controller? I've read up on the machine and it always seemed to me like they hadn't gotten it that far.
I'd be totally happy with finding one of those driving controllers, just because it's a little fragment from the creation of a legendarily lost gaming console.

Wow, thanks for the replies! Reading up on the whole Konix thing was equally amazingly awesome and saddening. All those hopes and dreams ultimately leading up to a Chinese company buying them out and releasing just.. well, this. No wonder Google wasn't super helpful, as it shares its model number with a chainsaw, which was all I got for two pages straight.
As much as I want to keep it around just for, as Steve W put it, "a little fragment from the creation of a legendarily lost gaming console," it's just taking up too much space, and I have no idea if it even works, I have to ask this: Does any of you guys know what this thing could be worth in its current state of probably non-workingness?
I had a dream about the Konix Multisystem last night, so I did a search and it brought me to this thread. If you still have it, I'll buy it from you.
