Is there any way possible to convert a PS2 save file to an Xbox 1 save file for the same game. I found some people say you can do it opposite Xbox to PS2 but what I am looking to try and do and is convert a PS2 save to an Xbox save. Any ideas or help anyone??

I have NEVER seen a conversion program like that. That being said, it would be possible but I would imagine it would have to be made on a game to game basis.
