Hi guys, I just got a snes mini that when turned on there is no video, but after 10 seconds or so it loads up the game, I made a power led mod on it to see if it took 10 seconds to power on but the power led turns on as soon as I turn the unit on, so i guess theres trouble elsewhere, anyone knows what could it be? Capacitor or something? thanks!!

Does this happen with every SNES game, or a specific one?

That is a really strange problem, that's for sure.
Warning: I'm about to make a bunch of assumptions. I've not encountered one with these symptoms yet. There are SNES schematics available, but none specific to the mini SNES.
The first place I would look would be the RESET circuit. The RESET circuit prevents the system from starting until voltages have stabilized and all of the components are ready to go. So if for some reason RESET is held high for too long, the machine will stall out until it switches LOW .
On the older SNES, the F11/F11A CIC chip generates the RESET signal on pin 10. Typically this should be HIGH at power on, and within a second it should drop LOW.
On the mini SNES, the F11B probably generates RESET as well.
F11 has a cap on pin 3, which should be a 2.2uF. That cap may be part of a time constant that sets how long RESET is held HIGH. If the cap drifts or goes bad, the time constant will change.
Long story short: I'd put a voltmeter on pin 10 of the CIC and see what happens at startup.
