RAM expansion card for the Sharp X68000 series. Probably has 8MB installed on it in total, slow 300ns Fast Page RAM (much Fast Page / EDO memory accesses at 60/70 nanoseconds). The chips on the main PCB are just there to take care of functions like multiplexing.

That's enough RAM to hold the 6MB worth of pictures here. Still not enough to max the X68000's internal RAM; I've gotta investigate whether it's possible to put in higher capacity or faster RAM sticks.

This was a fun assignment although I see I still managed to botch framing of one of the pics. I hope to do more like this in the future of machines and especially their internal components.
