PLEASE Verify My Factory Sealed Nintendo PUNISHER ,

To make a long story short,a guy on ebays telling me this isn’t legit because it has a “Hang Tab’ on it..

I had it listed for $84.99 ,The price I was comfortable selling it at..
He’s arguing with me that since another recently sold at $200.00 that something is wrong with mine,.
SO,I upped it to $200.00 since I guess that’s what he wanted to pay LOL..
Why argue..

Simply,I chose to make my own price at 84.99..I don’t understand why people choose to argue..
Just because someone's sold one for $200.00 doesn't mean I have to sell it that high..

Are these actually valued $200.00 Today..

If I were you I would put it up BIN at 200$ or a little over and just let it sit there.

Don't let some random ebay user frazzle you accusing it of being fake or whatever, he probably wants you to lower the price. Otherwise why would he waste his time arguing with you. Alot of people do want sealed nes games, so I wouldnt be afraid to ask something reasonable if you think the seal is legit.

I had it listed for $84.99...then after long picky back an forth head aching questions telling me it should be listed at $200.00 as one recently sold for that much as he says ,so I upped it to $200 and I'm going to let it sit..

He should of just bought it .and shut up. He was mad I had it so low yet was trying to trick me into thinking it wasn't legit to get it for less ..

Then once he saw that I guess his tactics backfired he wants it for the original 85 and I'm not budging ..

I've never had someone in my life type sooo much to try and twist my words ,frazzle me ..he went through all my feedback trying to pick other sales of these games in the past to nit pick price .
First he doesn't know about sealed games then he does,then he wants one for $55 to play ..damn Screw balls out there .

People on ebay love to play games. Ive received short novels via ebay's message system about stuff Ive sold or have for sale.

After looking at his Feedback and sales ,he knows alot more about NES games then he first stated.

Also, retailers often added their own hangtags to games as I recall several local chains like Playco and MiniCity not having glass display cases, but putting everything on the wall on pegs and so they had their own supply of hangtags they added to allow them to be displayed. He might be right that this game didn't ship from the factory with a hangtag, but that's totally irrelevant to whether it's factory sealed or not.

He thinks the games a fake and filled with newspaper..(so that's an automatic headache as I can see he'd pull some bullshit after getting it.

So I have to open it to prove it has a game in it...NOT!!!

Says he can get a "Minty Fresh" copy to play for $55.00.....(go for it..

I looked over what he sells 'all video game stuff....High and low end items..
Due to what he sells I'm surprised he's not a member here....the high end games he has for sale just fit right in here..

I don't like the use of Stock Photos Only for high end high priced games... that he uses..


I come to a conclusion..

That's basically it. I had someone try that when I was selling sealed N64 games at a collector swap meet. I had over a dozen sealed copies of Turok 3, I think I was asking either $10 or $15 each. This guy was looking over them saying they were resealed, trying to lower the price. What's more likely, that I found a bunch of sealed copies clearanced for cheap or that I've purposely been picking up complete copies of Turok 3 just to reseal them for minimal money? Of course now sealed copies went up in price, I probably should have kept them longer.

I've had several people over the years try haggling prices down with obvious lies, I usually can see through them.
